PUPPY PURCHASE AGREEMENT

LIMITED REGISTRATION CONTRACT

Ownership of the puppy described below is transferred to “Buyer” subject to the terms and conditions listed.

     The described pup above is sold on limited registration, this contract requires the buyer to spay/neuter said pup before its first (1) year birthday. Said pup will have reg. application marked “LIMITED” and therefore any offspring this pup may produce cannot be registered with AKC (American Kennel Club) and becomes a breach of contract.

The breeder guarantees that the puppy is in good health and has received the appropriate vaccinations and worming schedule for the puppies age. The breeder will provide the buyer with a health record detailing the treatment the puppy has received under the breeders care.

Breeder will provide Buyer with a puppy health exam completed by a licensed vet

on said puppy before buyer takes possession , kindly at the expense of the breeder.

Breeder guarantees the puppy to be free from genetic defects for 1 year from the date of birth. If puppy is found to have life threatening congenital defects you must supply us within 7 days of diagnosis with your vets written report. If puppy dies within one year of its life, buyer must order an autopsy by a licensed veterinarian to determine cause of death. If cause of death is due to a congenital defect, a replacement puppy will be given .  Breeder is not responsible for any vet expenses after buyer has taken possession of pup.

Breeder shall not be held responsible  for the development of non-genetically derived faults, diseases or disorders due to environmental factors.
