BIG SKY BOXERS PUPPY PURCHASE AGREEMENT

Definitions used herein include:

Ownership of the puppy described below is transferred to buyer, subject to the terms and conditions.

A non-refundable deposit of $500.00 is required to hold a puppy.

The breeder guarantees that the puppy is in good health and has received the appropriate vaccinations and worming schedule for the puppy’s age. The breeder will provide the buyer with a health record detailing the treatment the puppy has received under the breeder's care, and the future care the breeder feels is essential to the puppy's well being.

If  said  puppy is found to be other than healthy by the buyers vet  within 3 days after delivery to the buyer, and attested to in writing to the breeder by the buyer's vet,  the breeder will provide the buyer with a replacement breed quality puppy as soon as such a puppy is available to the breeder.  Breeder is not responsible for veterinary bills or shipping fees for said puppy.

The breeder shall not be held responsible for the development of non-genetically derived faults, diseases or disorders which are due to the buyers negligence. The buyer agrees that the breeder is not responsible for the actions or safety of this puppy once it leaves the breeders possession;  the breeder is not liable for any costs that result from such actions.

AKC Limited Registration:  The puppy is registered with a limited registration, which will prohibit breeding and registering offspring. The buyer agrees this puppy is to be spayed/neutered at the appropriate age. Veterinarian confirmation of this procedure must be supplied to the breeder by the time the puppy is 9 months of age or the contract is null and void. 

AKC Full Registration: Will only be issued to a breeder upon our approval with the agreement to register the puppy keeping the bigskyboxers name.
